How will you add the items to my game?
You provide your valley visit code at checkout and we come drop off the items within a few minutes. If you're ordering Mist, Storybook Magic, or a Treasure Valley visit we send you the code to visit us. The code will be sent to your order confirmation page as soon as your order is ready.
Why did I not get any Star Coins/Dream Light?
We deliver star coins in stacks of Shiny Diamonds and Dreamlight via Dream Shards. Please sell the diamonds and use the dream shards to craft the Dreamlight.
How does ordering Mist, Story Magic or the All Currency Bundle work?
We will send a visit code together with instructions what to do to your order confirmation page within a few minutes. You would just return to the main title screen of the game, click on Multiplayer, and input the visit code. Pick up the currency after you arrive. Then you can save and return to title screen again to leave. If you have more questions, please reach out via Live Chat.
How does ordering a Treasure Valley work?
We will send a visit code to your order confirmation page within a few minutes. You would just return to the main title screen of the game, click on Multiplayer, and input the visit code. Make sure you come with empty pockets to pick up all the items you want. After your pockets are full, you can save and return to title screen again to leave.
How do I leave the valley?
Just go settings and click on Save then "Return to Title Screen" to get to your Main Menu.
Does this work for PS5 or Apple Arcade?
